ALVARADO WAIST HIGH TURNSTILES

EDC
Alvarado's EDC is simply the finest three-arm turnstile available. Designed for reliable security in facilities, stadiums and buildings, the EDC is available with manual or electric operation and can be integrated with virtually any access control system. The EDC is offered in standard and extended configurations. Cabinets are available in satin stainless steel and color powder coat.

EDC Bullnose
Alvarado's EDC Bullnose turnstile provides the same features and specifications as the EDC, in an attractive, rounded "bullnose" style cabinet. The elegant profile of the EDC Bullnose makes it suitable for any upscale installation. Standard and Extended EDC Bullnose configurations are available in satin stainless steel and a variety of color powder coat finishes.

SLT
Alvarado's Model SLT waist high turnstile features precision cast internal components, hydraulically dampened arm rotation and wide patron passage width in a streamlined, compact design. The SLT turnstile is available in black powdercoat finish with stainless steel lid, and can be ordered as a portable unit.

FEATURES/OPTIONS for Waist High Gates

Alvarado's waist high gates are designed to provide access for wheelchairs and deliveries. These gates easily integrate with Alvarado turnstiles and feature a standard opening width of approximately 36". Other features include:

Fully welded construction
Single or bi-driectional swing
Manual or electric operation
All models can be used with virtually any access control system

VMG/VRG/SSG

Locks
VMG is available with manual deadbolt, or magnetic shear lock, VRG and SSG models are available with manual deadbolt or electric strike.

Gate Activation
VMG, VRG and SSG models are available with either manual or electric operation.

Fail-Safe/Fail Lock
VRGX and SSGX models can be used in a fail-safe mode for free entry/exit upon loss of power for electrically controlled directions, or can be used in a fail-lock mode so that gate locks during power failure.

Panic Bar
Available with or without alarm for VMG, VRG and SSG models.

Kick Plate
Available for VMG and VRG models.

Crash Plate
Available for all models.

ECMG

Obstruction Sensing
Reverses or stops gate when an obstacle is encountered.

Twin Gate Configuration
Synchronized twin gate operation is available for larger passage areas.

Gate Activation
Fully motorized electric gate can be activated via floor mat, push button, motion sensor or card reader.

MSG

The MSG is a single direction full height, maximum security gate which can easily accomodate wheelchairs and parcel deliveries. The MSG features fully welded construction, and a hydraulically dampened self-closure mechanism. The gate is available with a standard opening of 36 inches wide by 84 inches high, with custom sizes also available. MSG's can be installed independently or in conjunction with Alvarado's full height turnstiles. Available finishes include stainless steel, hot dipped galvanized, and color powdercoat (as shown here).

MSGX

Alvarado's MSGX is the electrically controlled version of the MSG. Available with electric strike or magnetic lock, the MSGX is designed to work with virtually any access or identification system. Push button activation is also available.

The stainless steel MSGX shown here includes a standard card reader mounting plate, suitable for integration of card readers or keypads. The MSGX can also be ordered in hot dipped galvanized and a variety of durable color powdercoat finishes.

Supervisor 3000-LG

Alvarado's full size SU3000-LG turnstiles combine motorized barrier arms with optical technology to provide secure, highly effective access control. Supervisor 2000-LG

Alvarado's SU2000-MED (shown at right) and SU2000-LG barrier free optical turnstiles provide effective access control without a physical barrier. Designed to work with access control or identification systems, the SU2000-MED and SU2000-LG can provide single or bi-directional control by detecting movement through the turnstile and sounding a local or remote alarm when unauthorized entry occurs.
